Are your knives suitable for beginners?
Yes. We offer options for all skill levels. CRKT folding knives are excellent for EDC beginners due to their user-friendly designs and safety features. For more experienced users or collectors, our Boker automatic and assisted knives provide advanced tactical functionality. Always prioritize safety and familiarize yourself with local laws regarding knife carry and use.

Ordering, Payment & Account

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and secure digital payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely to protect your information.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders more easily, save your shipping preferences, and receive updates on new products and promotions tailored to tactical and EDC enthusiasts.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders enter our processing system quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to modify or cancel an order. We will attempt to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipping (within 1-2 business days).

Global Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from, and what are the delivery options?
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Washington, US. We offer two reliable global shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 Flat Rate): Via premium carriers (DHL or FedEx). Delivery in 10-15 days after dispatch with full real-time tracking. Ideal for prompt delivery.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Via EMS (International Postal Service). Delivery in 15-25 days after dispatch with tracking at major transit points. Perfect for value-conscious buyers.
All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship to my country? Are there restrictions?
We ship worldwide to most countries. However, due to carrier restrictions and local regulations, we cannot ship to some remote regions and certain areas in Asia. Our checkout system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your address. Additionally, some automatic or assisted-opening knives may have further restrictions to specific regions, which the system will also flag.
Important: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in our shipping charges or product prices. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure any knife purchased complies with local laws regarding blade length, locking mechanisms, and carry permissions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep. Some deliveries may require a signature.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied, you may return items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • Customized or used knives cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
We highly recommend inspecting your knife upon arrival to ensure it meets your expectations.
Do you offer exchanges or warranties?
We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us immediately. For manufacturer warranties, please refer to the documentation included with your Boker or CRKT product, as these are covered by their respective companies. We are happy to assist you in navigating any warranty claims.

Safety, Legal & Compliance

Are automatic/assisted-opening knives legal in my area?
Laws regarding knife ownership, carry, and mechanism types (especially automatic/assisted-opening) vary widely by country, state, and city. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to research and comply with all local laws before purchasing. Blade HQ Shop cannot be held liable for purchases that violate local regulations. Our checkout system will prevent shipment to locations with known restrictions on certain knife types.
How should I handle and maintain my knife?
Treat every knife as a sharp, precision tool. Use appropriate safety gear when handling. For maintenance, regularly clean the blade and mechanism, lubricate moving parts as recommended by the manufacturer, and store in a dry, secure place. Refer to the user manual for specific care instructions for your Boker or CRKT knife.
