- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- Process: Initiate a return via email, await authorization, ship to our facility.
- Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection.
- Exchanges: Subject to product availability; contact us to arrange.
1. Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
- The item must be in new, unused condition—exactly as it arrived.
- All original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the specialized nature of our products and legal restrictions, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival:
- CRKT (Fixed) Blades: All fixed-blade knives, due to their hand-inspection and sharpening process.
- Boker (Auto) Automatic Knives: Where legal, automatic knives are final sale unless DOA (Dead on Arrival).
- Toolkits & Saws: If any seal is broken or components are used.
- Personalized/Customized Items.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Note: This policy is designed for safety, compliance, and to maintain the collector-grade quality our customers expect.
3. Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary details.
Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address:

Important: Do not ship returns without an RA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Securely package the item in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RA email.
- Use a trackable shipping service (DHL, FedEx, or EMS recommended).
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Once received, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds
- Timing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) within 5-10 business days after we approve the return.
- Amount: The item price will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- PayPal refunds may appear in your account sooner. Card refunds depend on your bank’s processing time.
Exchanges

- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference plus any additional shipping.
- If of lower value, a refund for the difference will be issued.
- Exchanges follow the same shipping and inspection process as returns.
