Returns & Exchanges Overview
If your purchase doesn’t meet the exacting standards you expect from brands like Boker and CRKT, our process ensures a resolution that respects your time and our commitment to quality.
- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection.
- Exchanges: Subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the specialized nature of our products, legal restrictions, and to maintain collector-grade quality, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or dead on arrival (DOA):
- CRKT (Fixed) Blades: All fixed-blade knives, due to their hand-inspection and sharpening process.
- Boker (Auto) Automatic Knives: Where legal, automatic knives are final sale unless DOA.
- Toolkits & Saws: If any seal is broken or components have been used.
- Personalized or Customized Items.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Refunds & Exchanges Details

Exchanges
